As part of our Housekeeping team, your responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness and good order of all rooms to create a pleasant environment for our guests and our team.

In addition, you will perform cleaning and maintenance of all storage areas, public areas and employee areas to the required standard. You will handle any guest queries in a courteous and professional manner and escalate as required, as well as reporting any malfunctioning equipment, damaged furniture or maintenance problems.

The Ideal Person

To be successful in this role you should have excellent personal presentation and a strong work ethic. You will be proactive, able to work under your own initiative and the drive to consistently meet our high standards in terms of cleanliness and brand pillars ensuring our guests have a comfortable stay with us. Ideally you will also have experience in a similar role.

Food and Beverage Supervisor

Main Purpose of the Role

Participating in the preparation, set up and service of the food and bar service areas, you’ll ensure a high level of efficiency whilst maintaining and improving standards and quality of service.

You’ll also be responsible for duty management shifts, review and monitor cash floats, ensure equipment maintenance and ensure all F&B areas are always kept presentable and tidy, to ensure the best F&B experience for all of our customers.

The Ideal Person

You’ll be committed to delivering fantastic customer service, but will also be a competent leader with strong communication skills that mean you can interact with all levels of colleagues and guests.

With a flexible approach, and able to quickly adapt to change, you’ll have worked in this environment before and have a real eye for detail. Ideally you’ll have leadership experience in an F&B environment and the proven ability to go the extra mile for our customers.

Food and Beverage Assistant

We are recruiting for a Food & Beverage Assistant to join our passionate, fun & developing team in one of the most desirable and elegant properties in the area.

The ideal candidate will be a confident people person that is prepared to work hard and in return be rewarded with great surroundings and good prospects.

As part of the role you will be expected to communicate with customers, chefs and other members of the team ensuring all standards are met with attention to each detail primarily focusing on the customer's experience.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure smooth check-in and check-out of guests, following company guidelines at all times.
Recognize and act upon sales opportunities. 
Immediately report any maintenance faults to your Line Manager. 
Anticipate customer needs wherever possible, and to react to these to enhance customer satisfaction.
To be fully conversant with facilities, services and promotions offered by the hotel, and where possible to pass this information on to the guest whenever the opportunity arises.
Stay aware of the security of the hotel and guests property.
Be punctual, smart, correctly uniformed, and polite, courteous and helpful to guests at all times.

The Ideal Candidate

It is essential that you have effective communication skills, good attention to detail and be inspired.
You must be clearly customer focussed with a dynamic and flexible approach.
Guestline Rezlynx trained is desirable however not essential.
