Wedding & Events Coordinator

To ensure that your department delivers a high quality service to the customers. To effectively handle and convert all enquiries to achieve budgeted targets, while ensuring accurate booking information is handed over to the event team to ensure client expectations are met.

The Ideal Person

  • Previous experience in weddings and events is essential.
  • Enjoy working and dealing with the public and being part of a team.
  • Confident, pleasant and an excellent articulate communicator; able to stay calm under pressure and remain courteous when dealing with difficult situations. 
  • Must be efficient, organised and self motivated.
  • Have a good personal standard projecting a professional image at all times.
  • Strong administration skills.
  • Flexibility in working hours - may require some late evening appointments and weekend work.

Housekeeping

As part of our Housekeeping team, your responsibilities include maintaining the cleanliness and good order of all rooms to create a pleasant environment for our guests and our team.

In addition, you will perform cleaning and maintenance of all storage areas, public areas and employee areas to the required standard. You will handle any guest queries in a courteous and professional manner and escalate as required, as well as reporting any malfunctioning equipment, damaged furniture or maintenance problems.

The Ideal Person

To be successful in this role you should have excellent personal presentation and a strong work ethic. You will be proactive, able to work under your own initiative and the drive to consistently meet our high standards in terms of cleanliness and brand pillars ensuring our guests have a comfortable stay with us. Ideally you will also have experience in a similar role.

Food and Beverage Supervisor

Main Purpose of the Role

Participating in the preparation, set up and service of the food and bar service areas, you’ll ensure a high level of efficiency whilst maintaining and improving standards and quality of service.

You’ll also be responsible for duty management shifts, review and monitor cash floats, ensure equipment maintenance and ensure all F&B areas are always kept presentable and tidy, to ensure the best F&B experience for all of our customers.

The Ideal Person

You’ll be committed to delivering fantastic customer service, but will also be a competent leader with strong communication skills that mean you can interact with all levels of colleagues and guests.

With a flexible approach, and able to quickly adapt to change, you’ll have worked in this environment before and have a real eye for detail. Ideally you’ll have leadership experience in an F&B environment and the proven ability to go the extra mile for our customers.

Food and Beverage Assistant

We are recruiting for a Food & Beverage Assistant to join our passionate, fun & developing team in one of the most desirable and elegant properties in the area.

Bar Assistant

Main Purpose of the Role

You’ll be responsible for delivering the highest standard of beverages to all our customers, in order to ensure guest satisfaction. Serving customers in a friendly and professional manner, you’ll ensure drinks arrive smoothly and efficiently.

Responsible for ensuring the food and beverage facilities are always well presented, you’ll always be focussed on great customer experience.

Senior Sous Chef

As Senior Sous Chef you’ll support the Head Chef in leading, inspiring and motivating the Kitchen team to provide exceptional service and food at all times and to make sure that our customers have a great food experience. You will conduct estimates of food consumption and purchases or requisitions of foodstuffs and kitchen supplies, along with menu planning. Maximising colleague productivity through the use of multi-skilling, multi-tasking and flexible scheduling is a key part to this senior role.

The Ideal Candidate

  • Previous experience operating at a similar level as well as experience in supporting procurement/ purchases of food.
  • Previous experience in a Rosette establishment is preferable
  • You should have a working knowledge of food GP and how to successfully impact it.
  •  It is essential that you can work successful in a fast paced environment
  •  Health and Safety Food Hygiene Certificate is essential.

Chef de Partie

The main purpose of the role is to assist in the running of the kitchen, contributing to the overall success of the restaurant or banquets in accordance with the hotel’s standards. You will be able to produce food of a high standard, and be confident in all aspects of food preparation and service. You are required to have the willingness to learn from more experienced chefs as well as passing on knowledge to junior members of the team. Organises and sets up the assigned section of the Food, Beverage and Kitchens as efficiently as possible to increase speed and maximise productivity.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience of working within a similar sized kitchen and be able to work under pressure.
  • You will need excellent organisational skills alongside the ability to work both independently as well as part of a team.
  • It is essential that you can follow instructions whilst using your own initiative to prioritise tasks in fast paced and potentially stressful environment.
