Warbrook House Hotel is licensed to hold civil marriage and partnership ceremonies in a selection of our function rooms for up to 120 guests.
There is a one-off ceremony set up fee of £695.00 for Fridays and Saturdays and a fee of £595.00 for Sundays to Thursdays inclusive of VAT if you are also holding your wedding reception with us.
We are delighted to also offer Civil Ceremony only options for selected dates throughout the year.  If you would like to hold just your Ceremony please call us to discuss; prices on application.

Please note our capacities include all people in the room, include yourselves, the registrars, photographers, children and babies.

Booking Your Registrar

Before you confirm your wedding date at Warbrook House Hotel, we recommend you book your Registrar.

Hampshire Registration Services will conduct civil ceremonies or partnerships any day of the week.

Please contact them on 0300 555 1392 (Monday to Friday, 09.00hrs – 16.00hrs) to discuss the details of your day, check availability and discuss fees.

Once your registrar has been booked you will then also need to make an appointment at your local registry office to Give Notice. More information on Giving Notice can be provided by Hampshire Registration Services.
